By registering on the WonderSpot platform using the mobile app, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions, privacy policy, safety guidelines, and community guidelines. WonderSpot reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, which are always available on the wonderspot.pl's website. By continuing to use the services after the changes have been made, you agree to the new terms. If you do not accept these terms, we recommend that you stop using our services.
WonderSpot's services can be used by any person who has an active account on the WonderSpot platform. When you register an account with WonderSpot, you need to provide truthful information. In addition, you must be a resident of a country where the use of WonderSpot's services is permitted. The minimum age requirement to create an account is 16 years old. If you meet this condition but are not of legal age (the age of majority in Poland is 18 years old), you must review this Agreement with your legal guardian. In the case of minors, legal responsibility for their actions lies with their legal guardians. Both by registering for an account and using WonderSpot's services, you warrant that you have the ability to enter into binding contracts with WonderSpot. You also agree to comply with this Agreement as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. In case of failure to meet any of the conditions, WonderSpot reserves the right to delete the user's account.
WonderSpot reserves the right to make changes to the app. In the event that the new changes do not affect the provisions of the regulations, we are not obliged to inform about them in advance. WonderSpot also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or completely disable the Services. In the event of planned activities in this regard, users will be informed accordingly in advance.
You are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your WonderSpot login credentials and are fully responsible for any actions you take in connection with your login credentials. The User has the option to delete the account at any time by contacting WonderSpot technical support at the following e-mail address: [email protected]. WonderSpot reserves the right to delete a user's account in case of violation of the Agreement. With the deletion of the account, the Agreement is terminated.
You agree to comply with the following guidelines: - Not to use the WonderSpot Service for any unlawful purpose or for any purpose that may harm the WonderSpot platform. - Do not post illegal or copyright-infringing content. - Do not impersonate someone else's image or share false information about yourself. - Do not post pornographic or offensive material. - Do not create new accounts if the previous one has been deleted due to violations of the terms and conditions, and do not create multiple accounts if you already have an account on the WonderSpot platform.
WonderSpot reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful and violates the Agreement. The user who publishes such content is fully responsible for its posting.
As WonderSpot, we do not guarantee the continued availability of the Service or the full functionality of the Service. In addition, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or in the event of technical failures. In addition, we are not responsible for the content posted on the platform by users.
